Who we are

InferenceMay ([legal entity name], company number [KBO number], [registered address]) is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Questions about your data go to hello@inferencemay.be.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, company, work email, phone number (if you give it), where your company is based, your approximate monthly AI spend and your message. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your request, plan the intake call and, if we decide to work together, prepare your AI usage audit. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form and the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

If we don't start working together, we delete your request within 12 months. If we do, we keep the information for as long as the engagement lasts and for as long as Belgian accounting law requires.

Who else sees it

We don't sell or share your data. The companies that host this website and our email handle it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to hello@inferencemay.be. If you're not happy with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
